The hotel was located near the local bus terminal and had many nearby restaurants to choose from. the bed and room were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The language barrier made communicating difficult and there was only one elevator that led to the check-in area. the hotel lacked food services, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

Great value and comfy stay. Convenient location, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
The language barrier could be a bit challenging at times, but the staff always tried their best to communicate with us. The elevators in the building could be a bit confusing and only one took us to the reception area.

I loved the hotel facilities, especially the gym that I could use for free. The location was also very convenient, being close to both the bus terminal and port. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. Cleanliness was also a top priority.
